This is a US program (actually 2 programs: for beginners and for remedial students). I wonder if anyone on this forum is familiar with it? It certainly appears to be synthetic phonics, complete with sound tiles. The author is Miscese Gagen. I found it listed on both the Don Potter website and the National Right to Read website. It looks great for parents and tutors. Gagen provides a detailed overview of her two programs, several examples of the content, pages of discussion of reading issues, and links to research and to literacy organizations (although not to the rrf. . . yet).
